Include as much detail as you can so we can help faster:
- Your BoulderLink username or email
- Device (iOS, Android, or web) and app version if you know it
- Gym name, if the issue is gym-specific
- Steps to reproduce the problem, plus screenshots if you have them
Response times
We aim to reply to climber support within 2 business days. Gym onboarding requests are typically handled within 5 business days.
